Hello, my name is Michelle and I am the owner of Rooted Reflections Wellness, LLC in Webster, NH. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2024.   In my practice I provide compassionate, client-centered massage therapy services. I work collaboratively with clients to determine goals for each session with a focus on supporting overall health and achieving lasting therapeutic results. During sessions I incorporate multiple modalities that can include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy to name a few.  I work with clients from all walks of life but have a particular interest in working with infants, pediatrics and families.
